Terms and Conditions

The prize consists of seven nights accommodation for two people travelling together to the Sugar Beach Resort, Mauritius in a standard room on room only basis. Flights are on British Airways from London Heathrow to Mauritius in the World Traveller cabin. The holiday is not transferable or refundable (except if British Airways Holidays cancels your holiday), and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered. The holiday does not include transport to and from the UK departure airport but does include transfers between the airport and the hotel. Insurance, spending money, locally paid departure taxes of facilities described in the brochure as 'at a charge' are not included. The holiday cannot be taken in conjunction with any other British Airways Holidays special offers. Full details of the hotel are available on baholidays.com. Please note that full British Airways Holidays terms and conditions apply (also online), except to the extent that they are inconsistent with these terms and conditions. The holiday is subject to availability, and must be taken between 01 January 2009-31 December 2009 excluding holidays and peak travel periods. Once the winner has been advised they must contact British Airways Holidays to make their booking and the contacts for booking arrangements will be advised to the winner.

1. The prize draw is open to all readers aged 18 and over, except employees or agents of Sugar Beach Resort, British Airways, or Cedar, anyone professionally connected with this prize draw and immediate family members of any of the above persons. BA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. 2. The closing date for the receipt of all entries is 1 November 2008. 3. No purchase is necessary. 4. Only one entry per person is permitted and BA reserves the right to wholly disqualify any person who attempts to enter more than once. No third party or bulk entries are permitted. 5. Responsibility cannot be accepted for incomplete, wrongly delivered, damaged entries or entries not received for whatever reason. Prize must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative to prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. 6. Winner will be notified by post within 28 days of closing date. 7. Winner will be the first entrant drawn by an independent person at random from all received entries on 10 November at Cedar Communications. 8. If the prize has not been claimed within three months of closing date a redraw will take place. 9. Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. Entry implies acceptance of these rules and to processing and use by BA or its agents or contractors of the personal data you supply to administer the prize draw. 11.
