Delivery information

The Goods will be delivered to the address shown for delivery on your online order form. Items ordered together might not be dispatched at the same time.

Items ordered over the internet must be delivered to a UK address. A UK address is defined as being in England, North Ireland, Scotland or Wales and includes BFPO addresses. It excludes the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Orders under £50.00 will be charged £3.00 postage & packing, irrespective of number of items (up to the online order limit of 10 items) or weight, and will be dispatched via First Class Royal Mail.

Orders over £50.00 will be delivered free of charge irrespective of number of items (up to the online order limit of 10 items) or weight, and will be dispatched via First Class Royal Mail.

Premium orders & orders over £200 will be sent free of charge via Registered Post and will require a signature.

All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of order receipt.

Whilst every effort is made to deliver the Goods in accordance with the timescales set out, we do not accept any liability for late delivery of the Goods.

To request an overseas delivery please contact our Customer Services team, details are included in the ‘Contact Us’ section. Deliveries to addresses outside of the UK (as defined above) may carry an additional charge. Local import duties may also be payable upon receipt. We reserve the right not to deliver overseas if we believe the address is not secure, for example PO Box addresses and certain countries.

Certain Goods cannot be delivered outside the UK, including Fragrances and World of Whiskies.
